*Ensure the exhibition stand is always staffed for the duration of the event.


*Staff on the day will not pack up until the end of the event (This is very important). Unless there is an emergency.


*Pay the exhibition stand cost as detailed above before the event, this will be sorted with you once your booking has been confirmed.

*Completing this form does not guarantee a stand, should there be too many exhibitors in any one sector then we reserve the right to limit numbers as we see fit. We want to offer a varied range of choice to those seeking employment. You will be contacted to confirm your place by us at Somerset Jobs.

*Any electrical items brought by your representatives will be PAT tested and certified before use

*You confirm that your organisation holds sufficient public liability insurance and the policy will be valid on the day of the event

*We may contact you about future events

*Terms maybe updated/amended at any time

*Should an event be cancelled/postponed then we will contact you. This maybe beyond our control should there be issues with the venue being able to host the event.

*We reserve the right to change a jobs fair, including the time, date or venue to a reasonable alternative if there is cause to do so.

*We accept no liability if your company is unable to attend an event.

*Parking - Should any of your staff get a parking ticket at a venue we hire then Somerset Jobs or it's associated partners of the event including the venue will not be liable for any fines from failure to enter vehicle registration plate details into the car park database and that You will make your stand staff aware of this. Fines could be issued if caught by car park operators.

*You will follow any health and safety requirements from that of either your own company, a request from the venue or from us as the event organisers.

*Filming and photography - Should you wish to avoid being filmed or photographed then plese make us aware. By attending you're giving your consent to participate.

*Gold package - subject to availability. If you've requested this we will get in touch with you.

*Gold and Silver options - Included job ads. An account will be created using your email address supplied on this booking form along with an employer profile created by us. Your credits will be added to your account and you have 12 months to use them. You may login and upload the ads or we can do it for you.


Cancellations

*Should be made in writing, cancellations made within two weeks of the event will incur the full cost of the original booking.
